Since its beginnings in 1978, WarmLines Parent Resources has been known by families with young children as "the place to call." As traditional sources of support and information continued to disappear, WarmLines grew and became the warm, knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone line for thousands of parents. They continue to turn to WarmLines Community Services when they want to meet one another, locate resources, learn more about parenting, or find programs for children. Professionals who work with children and families also rely upon WarmLines for educational workshops on a wide variety of topics.

Employers also turn to WarmLines in an effort to help employees balance their work and family responsibilities. WarmLines partners with companies of all sizes through Corporate Services to offer Child Care and/or Elder Care Resource and Referral as an employee benefit.

WarmLines Parent Resources continues to be private and not-for-profit, supported by ever-growing numbers of community members, corporate clients, and individual and organizational donors. The professional staff and Board of Directors remain dedicated to its Mission:

WarmLines Parent Resources provides a centralized source of comprehensive information which supports parents by connecting them to each other and to resources in their communities. We are committed to meeting the changing needs of families by providing the highest quality programs and services.
