Deborah Weinstock-Savoy, Ph.D., instructor

Change can be stressful for young children. We examine young children’s reactions to common life transitions—such as starting school, a new baby, or a move—and what adults can do to help them cope most effectively. We also explore how adults deal with transitions, and discuss how we can become better role models for managing change in positive ways. This workshop will focus on children up to grade 3.
