New Moms Tell Us:
"It helps you feel you're not alone - as if we're all having growing pains together!"
"People talked about absolutely anything - even sensitive issues - and felt comfortable."
"I loved connecting with other parents in such a supportive environment."
"It was wonderful to share, and in some cases, commiserate, with other new parents going through the same experiences."
"It's important for first-time parents to talk with one another for a sanity check!"
New Dads Tell Us:
"It gave me confidence as well as new ideas that made those early weeks much easier."
"The leader was awesome - smart, warm, caring, high-energy. She got absolutely everyone to participate."
"I enjoyed learning about the stages of child development from the leader, and also got good tips from the other parents."
"I liked both Moms and Dads in a group - rather than just Moms or just Dads."
"I was surprised we had so much in common with all the other new parents."
"We're already making plans to stay in touch after the WarmLines group ends."
